We implement a linear workflow approach right from understanding client’s requirements to delivering them a solution tailored according to their business specific needs. Our workflow comprises of the following steps;
Kick-Off Meeting:
We thrive to provide best-in class services to our clients. For that we initially understand their requirements as to what business goals they wish to accomplish. A kick-off meeting brings everyone involved in project execution on the same page and helps in developing a roadmap to successfully execute a project.
Research:
During this phase we gather information about our client’s company and products/services they offer. We assess their business needs and evaluate their competition based on which we define a user persona for their target audience. This helps in having an in-depth understanding of our client’s need which results in overall success of the project.
Design & Wireframe:
In this we start with initial designing of the software architecture by creating the wireframes in form of low-fidelity diagrams which gives us an understanding of the hierarchy and business flow.
Once the wireframes are finalized we start off by creating high-fidelity design elements. During the design phase, we work on a variety of design aspects like color palette, imagery, fonts etc. whilst ensuring the brand integrity.
Prototyping:
Once the design is completed we start developing a prototype that addresses the functionality and user experience aspects. This helps us in identifying and resolving issues before going into the development phase.
Development:
This is the phase when a product comes to life and becomes functional. Development stage can be the most lengthy of all the steps depending upon the complexity of the software. This is “quiet time” for clients as there is nothing much to review and to give inputs until the entire software is ready for review.
Quality Analysis:
This is the most important phase of our entire software development life cycle. It is often said that testing done right results in risk-free products and our professionals are adept to provide fully-functional and bug free applications to our customers that add value to their users.
Deployment:

The key challenges that we come across while executing any of the web or mobile application development and graphic designing projects are;
- Managing the entire team and keeping them on the same page is one of the biggest challenges in any of the projects. To successfully execute a project within the scope, budget, and timeline it is necessary that all the team members interact and work cohesively with each other and understand their individual roles and responsibilities.
- Understanding the whats, whys, and whens of the project helps in understanding the overall goals and objectives of the project. If the team is not aware about this, then the project is doomed to fail.
- Another major challenge that we face is that of unrealistic deadlines that clients and stakeholders expect from us. As in this competitive world the targets and deadlines often imposed are unrealistic and unachievable. We don’t want to set such targets or deadlines that are hard to meet and demotivate our team.
- Scope creep is another challenge that we face very often where a client comes in and wants to have an add-on functionality that has not been discussed previously.
- Unplanned risks, hidden flaws, and unknown factors are also one of the major concerns that we have to keep space for during the project execution.

We always consider our customer’s perspective and try to visualize the business needs through the eyes of our customers. Given the backdrop of COVID-19, setting goals for 2021 is the most crucial activity that the management and team are working on. We are working on implementing methodologies that increase productivity rather than asking our employees to work harder.
Another important goal that we would like to achieve is higher customer retention rate and customer satisfaction. Customer Retention is the most crucial factor in the success of any Software Development Company; more the happy faces, higher is the growth rate.

However, in my perspective Cloud Infrastructure, Lightweight JavaScript framework, and Artificial Intelligence are some of the technologies that have dominated the market in the recent years.
The reason behind the success of these technologies is that they are cost & time effective, intuitive, reliable, support multiple platforms and performance driven. We as a team have to constantly keep on updating ourselves to provide our clients the best-in-class services to our clients tailored to meet their business specific needs.
