Q 1. Give Us A Brief Introduction About You And Your Company BugRaptors

My name is Yashu Kapila and I am the Chief Executive Officer at BugRaptors, an independent and CMMI Level 5 software testing company.

Being the CEO of the popular software testing company, my commitment is to focus on unique business requirements and strengthen the services offered by our testing specialists. Since our organization is a global brand, that’s why we believe in leveraging a strategic approach and help our customers fulfill their different business requirements as well as digital transformation objectives.Besides, at BugRaptors, I focus on improving the competitive position and help startups to big enterprises get exceptional and client-oriented testing services, plus provide assurance for operational excellence.     

Q 2. Type Of Services Your Company Offers (Expertise Areas )?

At BugRaptors, we offer mainly three types of services: Standard QA Services, Specialized QA Services, and Test Advisory Services.  

 Further, these services include different types of Software Testing Services. For example, In Manual Testing Service, we cover Functional, Compatibility, and User Acceptance Testing. On the other hand, Performance Testing Security Testing, Cloud Testing, Automation Testing, including Mobile & Web Test Automation are our Specialized kinds of QA Services.  

 Moreover, our Test Advisory Services include a wide array of Testing Services from Datawarehouse, ETL, Localization & Globalization Testing, API Testing, including TCOE Setup (Test Center of Excellence). Offering too many services in the Software Testing Domain is our ability to deal with different domains. As part of CMMI Level 5 Company, my mission is to serve specific, common, and unique testing services to various fields, from banking, e-commerce, banking, utility, media, telecommunication, banking, and education to real estate.

Well, I do believe in confidentiality and uniqueness. Due to this, sharing the information of our complete workflow, especially what thought process we follow, is a bit impossible. Still, I would like to share with you and our readers that at BugRaptors, we leverage the STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) that includes different phases such as Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Development, Test Environment Setup, Test Execution & Test Closure to help our clients know how we analyze their unique business requirements, plan tests, assign roles & responsibilities, and based on that how we perform the testing and ensure the quality-made delivery of a service.

Q 4. What Are The Key Challenging Factors While Completing A Project?

Generally, knowing the scope of a project, allowing customers to get the test done in a shorter timeframe, and reducing cost are critical challenges that most companies face while completing any project. Apart from this, due to some severe effects of COVID-19, many industries from healthcare, banking, transportation, real estate, public sector to retails are working from home and facing some serious security challenges with their internal and external operations.  

 However, at BugRaptors, we don’t have much hassle of security-centered issues because we have a specialized team who ensures that the product or a project will functionally perform well and in terms of security. All the glitches or loopholes will be significantly eliminated without hampering the app’s features quality. Furthermore, we perform different types of testing time-to-time to make the application or software successful in terms of usability, compatibility, accessibility, security, and functionality.   

Q 5. How Is Your Business Model Beneficial From A Value Addition Perspective To The Clients Compared To Other Companies’ Models?

Our business model is beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients because we help our customers get too many options in business models and make it easier for them to choose from – pay per milestone, pay per feature, and fixed price. Overall, pricing is the main thing that makes it feasible for them to choose us first than other companies’ models.

At BugRaptors, We have a culture of change acceptance and the same rule we apply to our customers. They are getting their deliveries on time and working with us consistently in the digital age. In addition, we are working remotely as well as from offices which are situated in Mohali, India and worldwide. Also, we have a complete arrangement like online tools & messaging apps, direct websites that we are using everyday to manage our business and help our customers stay connected with us 24/7 and 365 days a year.

Extending our services as per our customer requirements and being one of the Best Software Testing Companies in the world is our future goal for 2022.

I started my career in the year 2006, beginning from QA consultant to a QA engineer and a lot more. This 21 year journey helped me get technical-proficient in various areas, mainly automation testing where I spend so many hours to find the bugs from the software application and enroll myself in different roles from operation head, people management, release manager, presales manager, consultant, and take responsibility of delivering high-quality products to customers.  

 Today, Yashu Kapila, CEO of BugRaptors, marks a leader. I have recently got shortlisted as Women of the Year 2021 with nine other worldwide leaders from different geographical places and brands like OpenSparkz Embed and Amazon. I feel gratified and much more passionate than ever on seeing such realities unfolding in front of me. I feel blessed and wish for more strength to do better with each passing day.

In my opinion, this technology will continue to grow for several reasons, like it can make businesses future-proof and support customers or individuals while obtaining personalized shopping experiences. Similarly, when performing AI-based testing, it becomes easier for our customers to get real-time assistance with more profits and sales in the industry.
