I am Jean Nesian. Founder and CEO at Genexod Technologies.

Genexod is coined from the words Genesis and Exodus, which means to come out of old ways of doing business using newer efficient methods. Our business name is fundamental to how we do business at Genexod. We provide software tools and services to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

We provide a comprehensive Assisted Living Software (ALS) that is affordable and easy to use. We took extra care researching and partnering with care providers to develop a product that enables staff focus on providing high quality care.

RMS empowers the staff to use a process that enables deficiency free state compliance. Our easy-to-use interface helps owners, operators and staff, manage residents, prevent errors and increase profits. This is a unified residential care management software for Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.

RMS improves collaboration and communication across various departments. Provides a unified process to manage the operation and care. In addition, ALS was designed and developed to provide services, support and upgrades to software products seamlessly.

We are looking at covering 100% of the market in the next 5 years – in the short term  for 2021, we are looking at covering 20% of the market (Senior Living in USA)

We have a complete suite of all products that are needed by this industry. To name a few achievements from our recent past, We have helped providers start new communities and increase occupancy over 50% in the first 6 months, aided organizations acquire national and international level recognitions and our technologies have  been featured in HealthTAC for ease of use and increased operational compliance with the state. 

Q 8. As Per Your Opinion, Which Technology Has Dominated In Recent Years? What Is The Key Success Factor In That Technology? 

We believe with the introduction of newer technologies and products, there is a need for a comprehensive solution that covers all aspects of senior living which include lead generation, operation management and state compliance. We believe Digital Marketing (DM) Solutions combined with operation management is the future for marketing and sustaining the Senior Living industry. Since DM has many options, we believe that if the Senior Living industry has to make itself viable in the future, it needs to take this direction seriously and look at options.
