We are mainly following Agile methodology, so whenever there will be a new client, a business person used to take the whole requirement and in the second phase, project manager, business person, and client all three went through the analysis done by the project manager and on approval of that we will start UI designing and then to development, actually we are following agile methodology to develop any products or software.
We are pretty much flexible to that, the client can either go with the hourly method, can hire dedicated resource or we can give them a fixed budget for the project but its depend on the project nature, for e.g. if a certain project requires in depth R&D then we must follow the dedicated arrangement of resources where it will give lesser cost to the end client. So yes we are much flexible during the project development cycle.

Mainly nature of the project, normally in a few projects we must have to changes workflow in between based on client reassessment because client has to tap up with ever changing market and based on that we have to change the workflow. So yes that is much more complex part but as we are following Agile Methodology so it will help us to meet the client requirement easily and speedily.

To my opinion the value which we are bringing to our business is a great quality within client budget, meeting deadlines, dedication and commitment, transparency and service delivery, I mean listening to the client and addressing his concerns, that is always of high priority for us.
In Raindrops InfoTech, we have a quite simple discipline, under which a client’s complaint is considered as a gift not as a bug because it will help us to improve a lot and in turn it will give a great satisfaction to our client.

I would like to increase my present strength by 70% and would love to explore the field of Artificial Intelligence in which we are working at a small scale.

We are mainly as of now working into the backend PHP/Laravel/Node JS and in front end Vuejs and in React js. And in Mobile app mainly into Flutter.
About achievement, there are quite good projects which we had delivered in last 8 years, but if I have to recall one project on which we are still working and maintaining, its drmalpani.com ,its an IVF clinic website, built in Laravel and when me and doctor started this website it was small in scale and today every day we are getting 10,000 users per day, and its increasing, this project not only help my client to gain more market share but in turn help patients to access doctor second opinion without any cost. Isn’t that an amazing thing?
Q 8. As Per Your Opinion, Which Technology Has Dominated In Recent Years? What Is The Key Success Factor In That Technology?
There can be different answer to this question but in my opinion its Flutter, a mobile hybrid language, the thrust of this platform is that its Google owns platform along with that they have role out Flutter Dart, one language will now work over desktop, Ios and over android, isn’t that cool? See
